Rick is a former Sport Kickboxing World champion (WPKA Athens, Greece 2000). He has numerous British and european titles in sport karate and kickboxing. He competes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu , Submission Wrestling and Kickboxing. He currently studies Boxing , Brazillian Jiujitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, filipino martial arts and thai boxing under some of the worlds most renowned martial art instructors.

Rick is fully CRB checked, has qualifications in first aid, coaching, child protection and health and safety.
